Wednesday – Treadmill Walking

This year last day at the gym. Finished with a good quick walk.

Notes to me-self

This year’s been a ripper for me training.

Packed on more muscle mass and kept my body fat ratio steady.

Not sure what to aim for next year.

Might mull it over during my hols and chat with Eric when I’m back next year…reckon…
