Snow’s blanketing t’ place, and they’re saying we’re in for freezing rain and sleet.

Can’t do owt about t’ weather, but that won’t stop me from getting to t’ gym, will it?

Good session. Felt good to do them deadlifts. Felt heavy but happy that I was able to do these without a problem. Leg extension used to be 60lbs max but now 170lbs and still had some room. Happy to see the progresses like this, don’t we.

Lighter workout today. My right shoulder wasn’t feeling good today.

Note to me-self

Snowfall caused loads of problems in town.

Power outage and accidents on icy roads which caused traffic nightmare…

My right shoulder is causing a bit of problem for me to train hard and I’m starting to think that I need to see Tristan (Physio) for this…

Let’s see how I feel next week and decide.
