What’s good about training with Eric is he understands me. He knows how to push me. Not just “you can do it” or “let’s go”. He reminds me why I’m doing it. “This is only way you get more volume, Kevin” “It’s not as rough as you think when it’s over” “You’re already much stronger than you think” “It’s all in your head. Don’t create your own limit.” etc. Good coaching goes long way…

Had to take my car to the service this morning so cut the walk a little early.

Poor Mathias! He’s hurt and couldn’t even walk. Appreciated he showed up but he should have stayed home.

Notes to me-self

The past few programmes have been very difficult.

Eric told me that the next block will be the de-load programme.

Just enough to push but no supersets.

Now that would be a massive change in the programme and my nerve systems will appreciate that!

Let’s see how light of workouts the next programme would be not next week but from Monday on week 41.
