Didn’t get much rest over the weekend, and I reckon that’ll impact my training, but let’s keep going!

Had a decent session, but crikey, I’ve lost some steam. Those weights were a breeze last month, but after two weeks of being crook and dealing with a dodgy back, I’ve really gone backwards. Gotta smash it next week.

I reckon core workouts are a real drag, but I know they’re essential. That session was a ripper, but it absolutely knackered me. I was completely wasted!

Notes to me-self

Getting back to where I was before getting sick isn’t really easy, I reckon.

I can’t push as much as I used to, and I’m running out of breath more often than before.

It was just two flipping weeks, for crying out loud…

Is this the real “aging” factor?
