Au debut

Just came back from the week-long vacation.

Pinch test and lighter workouts to get back routine for this week.

I’m sure it’s going to be a bad results but that’ okay.

We will get back to it.

Thursday – Pinch Test

I was a bit worried I’d done some serious damage over the hols, but it was minimal. The body fat’s still over 20%, so we’ll use that to pack on more muscle over the next 8 weeks and get it in shape before summer. That’s the plan, anyway. Let’s see how it pans out!

Friday – Weight Training w/ Mathias

It was a nice session. Getting back to routine type of workouts. Was good to catch up with Mathias, too.

Notes to me-self

I were chuffed to discover that t’ damage I’ve done durin’ t’ holiday were minimal.

Gettin’ back to t’ routine will be tough, but these daily sessions will lead t’ way.

I hope I can get me body fat percentage lower, though, without losin’ t’ muscle mass…
