2026 has begun!!

I saw so many nice bodies out on the beach while I was on vacay.

I think I found out this year’s goal.

I will discuss it with Eric and see what he says.

Good session. Broke out a bit of sweat as well. These back squats at the end is really mean, innit.

During my holiday, I indulged in alcohol, crisps, cookies and loads of carbs.  While it did cause some damage, it wasn’t as bad as I’d feared.
We discussed my goals for the year and how we’d achieve them. He was worried I might be developing dysmorphia and warned me about the signs I was showing…

I was worried about my right shoulder but it wasn’t as bad as I expected it to be. I’m happy about that.

Notes to me-self

Other than Mathias knackering me legs on Tuesday, all were reet.

I’ll have to mull ower Eric’s comment, him sayin’ I might be gettin’ a bit of dysmorphia like.

In me noggin I know I ought to be comparin’ me-sen wi’ folk me own age when it comes to shape an’ fitness.

Need to get back to why I’m doin’ all this, dun’t I now.
