What a session! By the time I’m done with A series, I’m totally wiped out of me mind😂 And I slept well last night😮‍💨 Thank gawd for the massage I booked this afternoon! That will help with these aches, I’ve accumulated since last week!

We took bit more time in between the reps and sets so that I can complete the sets. But by the time we hit the C series, my shoulders were dead. They are so weak lol Need to push a bit farther next week.

Alright! It WAS a tough session but not as bad as last week. It’s amazing how the body gets used to these trainings. I know it’s no use but I can’t help but wonder: Had I started at earlier age like this, what sort of body would I have now…

Notes to me-self

I’m glad that the rotation of trainers is now settled.

Training sessions with Eric are very different from others.

He’s the owner after all and started this gym so I can feel his passion in training others.

That speaks a volume especially if you are on receiving end, innit.

But then again I’ve been training with him almost 3 years now so he’s gotten to know me quite well.

All in all it was a great week of training and the trainers know that I’m already used to the weights so they will be upping them for sure.
