Deadlifts really suck out my energy. After the A series, my energy was wiped out… Not sure if I’m doing RDL properly. I’m more concerned NOT to hurt my lower back…

Good session. Couldn’t increase the weight on the bench but it was a good call, I believe. My shoulders are still stiff.

It was a great session this morning. It really felt good on me legs. Didn’t raise the weight much but started off at 155# made a big difference. Silly Eric added two 0.25lbs weight for the last two sets as he walked by 😂

My shoulders were burning! I probably need to see someone for this… It’s annoying and the pain is constant now. I even wake up in pain from sleep…

Next week will be an interesting week.

Both Eric and Mathias will take off on their vacation from Monday evening.
