This week was recovery week from the workation lol

Flight was landed late Tuesday so didn’t do anything on Wednesday.

Was planning to return to the routine from Thursday but the snow storm stopped us from doing that.

So only physical training I started was on Friday and Saturday.

Friday – Weight Training

  • Superset
    • Back Squat : 10 reps x 4 sets, 135 lbs
    • Pull-up (close grip) : 6 reps x 4 sets
  • Superset
    • DB Incline Bench Press : 10 reps x 4 sets, 42.5 lbs
    • Lying Overhead DB Pullover : 10 reps x 4 sets, 35 lbs
  • Superset
    • Decline Bench Crunch : 10 reps x 4 sets, 10 lbs Medicine ball
    • Incline Bench DB Y Raise : 10 reps x 4 sets, 7.5 lbs
  • 5 Min Treadmill Walk

Easy and light workout although I might have pulled left hamstring during the back squats… Need to stretch a little tonight.

Notes to me-self

I guess I will need another week of light workouts to get back to the real routine.

I haven’t seen Eric yet so not sure what sort of programmes he has in his mind for me.

All I remember him telling me was that we would be back to the strength training more or less…

We shall see.
